Terms and Conditions of ApplyPro Educational Services
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ApplyPro platform and the services (“Services”) provided by ApplyPro Educational Services.
By accessing or using the ApplyPro platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
2. DEFINITIONS
– Application: An application for admission to an educational institution submitted through the Platform.
– Educational Institution: A school, university, or college that partners with ApplyPro to receive applications submitted through the Platform.
– Services: The services provided by ApplyPro, which may include but are not limited to application processing, document verification, and counseling.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Platform is intended for individuals who wish to apply to educational institutions.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION
To access the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to notify ApplyPro immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. APPLICATION PROCESS
You may submit an Application through the Platform for review by the relevant Educational Institution.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your Application, including any required documents. Failure to do so may result in delays or rejection of your Application.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
All services provided by ApplyPro on the Platform, including application processing, document verification, and counseling, are free of charge, subject to the student’s background, eligibility, and choice of travel destination.
However, certain Educational Institutions may require application fees, which will be paid directly to the respective institution.
ApplyPro does not charge any commission or fee for applications submitted through the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary funds to cover any application fees required by the Partner Institutions. While ApplyPro will provide guidance on how to make payments to the institutions, we are not responsible for payment processing or any related issues.
7. REFUND POLICY
As ApplyPro’s services are free of charge, no refunds apply to our services.
Application fees paid to Educational Institutions may be subject to the institution’s refund policy. For any inquiries regarding refunds, you should directly contact the institution.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Platform and its content, including text, images, logos, and other materials, are the property of ApplyPro and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Platform without ApplyPro’s prior written consent.
9. DATA PROTECTION
ApplyPro will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
ApplyPro makes no representations or warranties regarding the Platform or Services.
We will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or the Services.
Additionally, ApplyPro will not be liable for any delays or failures in the application process caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to issues with Educational Institutions or third-party services.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApplyPro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform and Services.
12. TERMINATION
ApplyPro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform and Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform and Services.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
ApplyPro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
By continuing to use the Platform after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
